Slowly the snow is finally melting. It is a welcomed sight for us in the PNW. We just are not used to the white stuff in our yards, on our roofs and generally in our way for so long.
We tried to explain to others how bad our unplowed street was but still they insisted on visiting us (we're so entertaining). So this is what happened.

We Almost Made It
This should just take a few shovel-fulls
Go Little Car -- Go
Oh, rats, more digging
With the added help of a good neighbor
Push Men, Push
See -- I told you we'd make it!
All this effort just to visit with little, old me -- I'm so blessed.

That is too funny! What did they think of you documenting their adventure?
The men never noticed. Essie noticed but knew there was nothing she could do about it.

Happy New Year.
I can't believe how much snow you have, we were excited yesterday when we saw a couple flakes. Five minutes later it had stopped.
I'm glad you have a sense of humor about the weather.
Oh my goodness! Check out that snow. It's supposed to be heading it's way here by tonight. Not looking forward to it.
Happy New Year to you and your family.
